If you are not fully satisfied you can contact their Customer Service department within 30 days of the delivery date to resolve the issue. If any product is defective or appears to have been damaged during shipping, you may contact Customer Service for help in resolving the issue. Please preview all design work before you place an order to avoid any problems with the finished product. Design issues are not covered under our return policy.
